It's located in the heart of downtown. You there's buses, trains, cabs etc. to take you around the city. Union square is walking distance. Lotsa good restaurant nearby. The staff are very friendly. I'd highly recommend this hotel

I only have one complaint, when we first went into the room there was a DIRTY towel in the bathroom, it was black!! i assume that the cleaner used it to clean but left it in there so my boyfriend just threw it out into the hallway.
