This is a hotel very centrally located to most attractions along the waterfront, ask for a room high up with the bay views, good staff. Downside - considering this type of hotel their was no restaurant in the hotel, the housekeeping staff were inconsiderate waking us up early in the morning with loud voices and clanging their trollies in the... The location was great just at the back of fisherman's wharf, the room was a nice size and had just been done out. What was annoying was the lack of soundproofing the road was really loud but that wasn't as bad as being as being awoken by the sounds of well something going on in another room!!!!!!!! I felt exceptionally... More

We stayed at the Radisson on the last two nights of our trip to California. Regrettably I didn't get a photo of the room, but it was a king sized bed with the bridge mural on the wall. The room was a little small, but super clean. Our room faced Beach Street, but the noise from the F line was... More

Lovely hotel - very clean, modern and a great location. It was a bit loud as it is a fairly main street traffic wise, but not unbearable. The concierge was ok, could have been a bit friendlier. The desk staff was very accommodating. The only complaint is that they did not attempt to clean our room until after 4PM which... More

The location absolutely cannot be beat. You take one step out of the back door to the hotel and you are right on Fisherman’s Wharf. Steps away from multiple tourist attractions. We walked to the pier for Alcatraz, a few museums, many places to eat, etc. We were here for a football game so we did have to drive to... More

We stayed here for 4 nights, at the end of a California road trip. What a way to finish! The staff, without exception, are friendly and helpful beyond the call of duty. the rooms are clean, and well proportioned-the bed has an adjustment for hard/soft!!. All this would be great on it's own, but the location really puts the icing... More

We stayed during the hotels renovations but they caused us no problems. This is in a fantastic location only a few minutes walk to Fishermans wharf and Pier 39. Staff are friendly and helpful. Need to go next door to Ihop if you wanted breakfast. About a 10 minute walk to get the ferry to Alcatraz. Handy spot to also... More

We found this hotel in a very convenient location, only a few minutes walk away from both Fisherman's Wharf & Pier 39. The local tram line was also directly out the front door. The service staff were always very friendly & helpful. Overall, we found America didn't have the food options we are used to back home, but the local... More

We stayed here with our girl scout troop and enjoyed the great service. The front desk was quick at checking us in. The best was location, location, location! Close to fisherman's wharf, Pier 39, Ghiradelli, and the cable car turnaround. The muni stop was located at corner of hotel and the F-train stop was one block up, perfect for our... More

Rooms clean and spacious. Great location for Pier 39 and the tram up to the city. Pool area small and windy. Would benefit from perspex screening. Great breakfast at Ihop next door.
