Impressed with the lobby design, the stairs leading down makes the atmosphere very welcoming! My room was on the 31st floor- amazing city view! 2 blocks away from union square, financial district and Bart, cable car!! The room and bathroom are spacious and clean and bright. Staff are professional and helpful!
