We booked 2 months ago for 4 nights in June. Due to ill health we had to cancel. No refund at all! Very willing to pay some admin costs, but no refund at all is heartless.

I got a room at the Greenwich for about $58 a night before tax. The motel is in a nice area, and within a couple miles/30 minute walk from the Fisherman's Wharf/Alcatraz/Aquarium area.
