I called Grosvenor Suites today. The reservations clerk said the property has new owners, and it's no longer a hotel, but apartments with 30-day minimum stays.

The suites were comfortable and totally adequate for the travellers needs. The breakfast was great and staff friendly and helpful. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfy.
