We have spent five nights in the executive room and three nights in Saipan Regenc. For the same price, you get a better value for your money! It's worth considering!
We stayed for 5 days in an Ocean View room at the beginning of May and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fiesta, though we did feel that there's room for some improvements that would make the place as desirable as the Hyatt, for example (the hotel next door to this one).

I showed up at the hotel at 11:35 Am to check-in. I was told there was a room available even though check-in was not normally until 2 PM. After I checked out I noticed an extra fee of $170. When I inquired about this fee, I was told it was for the rate for the night before I checked since...

The best thing about the hotel is the location. We booked it through a Japanese travel agent which arranged pick up and drop off at the airport. Arrived at 4am but there is a 24hr coffee shop a few minutes walk from the hotel entrance. DFS, Tony Roma`s and The Memorial Park are all within a 5 minute walk and...

2) Resort: open air, feels & looks pretty tropical with open air reception etc. Shops & travel agents at the resort. Well maintained gardens, 3 lovely pools. Right...

The location is great. You can walk to many restaurants and stores. There was an open market from the locals next to the hotel with lots of yummy food, gifts, and etc. on Thursday. We were there for a week and had a great time. Staff were nice and friendly. We had an ocean view room which was very nice....

Directly across the street from hotel was a series of small shops featuring may nice items for sale. Hotel does not offer free shuttle service to...

If staying on Saipan then i would say this hotel is perfectly located. The staff are efficient and friendly, the rooms are well maintained (not everything on Saipan is), clean and comfortable. The amenities of the hotel are also good, The shopping area, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes walk directly facing the entrance to the hotel. Will...

This hotel happens to be right next to the open market that happens every Thursday night -- a MUST SEE! You can eat all of the local foods that are served -- very tasty. Rooms at this hotel are very comfortable and clean, and they have the best rainshower faucet overhead. The smell of mold is quite common in any...

I stayed at the Fiesta Resort for 4 nights from 11/6-11/10/11. The hotel is located right next to the tourist shopping area and there are some fine restaurants within walking distance as well as the Duty Free high end mall. We booked the Executive rooms on the 8th floor and those had beautiful amenities as well as a great ocean...
