Okay, so I didn't choose this place. Continental Airlines kept canceling flights to Guam and stuck us here as compensation. Maybe that has to do with what room was given to us, but here's my experience:
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was... decent, but quite over priced. Nice view of the golf course and Tinian.

It's good for what it is, a cheap hotel. If you don't golf, there's no real point, except for that it's cheap.
