Moab can definitely be pricey and on Memorial Day weekend this place was over $200 w tax. But it's clean and slightly down the Main Street so you miss out on the noisy street walkers down the road. I wouldn't return for this price but I would if it were cheaper. Breakfast room is cramped and crowded.

Our room was just average...not very nice and couch had rip in it...pillows were half pillows. It was the cheapest hotel available...guess you get what you pay for. I would recommend the Ramada Inn if you can get it...we have stayed there many times but it was booked.

Nice property, clean, nicely decorated. We were too late for the cookies, but my husband enjoyed the popcorn. Bed was comfy, room was quiet. Nice variety of offerings for breakfast, only complaint was the eggs were cold.
