The location of this place is great. It's minutes from Zion Natl Park and not far from Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point, where sunset is awesome. The owner is usually working and is a nice guy that will help you any way he can. He works hard to keep the place clean and neat. The "rooms" are campsites but they... More

I stayed here first in 2008 and have been back at least once every year since. In the last 4 years I estimate I have spent 30 nights here. The atmosphere is pretty good. Being a younger male traveling with like minded people I look for different things. You can always find some people to hang out with by the... More

Slickrock Campground has SHADE whereas many of the newer campgrounds don't. The showers were hot every time for me. The cabins are cozy and very reasonably priced. The staff really works hard to help with special requests from the guests. Tip: If you have a cottonwood tree allergy, you may want to call ahead if you are staying in the... More

The Single tent sites are very close together and if your neighbors have more than 1 car then they like to park in front of the other sites. Management does not enforce the 1 car per site rule and when informed of the issue they just find you some other place close to park for you instead of making the... More

Sorry you had a unpleasant time but it is Spring Break in Moab. Per request of the local police department... we posted their number in all the restrooms as visible as possible to insure that everyone has a pleasant stay. With over 80,000 people in town it can get a little crazy. We strive to work the best we can... More

I am very pleased to say that my experience here was awesome! The bathrooms were incredibly taken care of, with a very full campground. The staff was very very accommodating and was extremely helpful to our guests. I would recommend this place because of the affordable price, the wonderful location, and well kept area. I am glad I afforded no... More

Maybe it was because it had been raining, but it wasn't great. The restrooms had a sulphur smell and were old. The trash dumpsters were overflowing and nobody thought to pick it up. There must have been better places. We stopped because it was in the AAA book, but their description didn't match the campground we found. For over $30... More

Where sorry that you had a bad experience at our park but the office is closed from November first to March first. We are the only campground that is open during the winter which is why we operate on the honor system. More

The staff did a wonderful job this past weekend of accommodating a large group of us. Nice big campsites and some fantastic communal areas. The location is very convenient as well! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The staff courteous and Campsites clean, Very nice horse shoe pit that provided a nice down time activity in between hiking and rafting. Pool was clean and warm, even tho the weather was too good, slipping into the hot tub after floating the daily was a nice treat. Overall I would recommend Slickrock Campground to all my friends, because it's... More
