Had to cancel my reservation. The young lady argued with, even calling me names! Imagine a service business that takes pride in insulting paying guests. I had to raise my voice with her just to get her to be quite and listen to me. They even charged me the full night. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!
