Adobe Pines was about as close to being at home as one could be on the road. The room was pleasant, with the bath cleaned daily. The view of the mountains was exceptional and the place very quiet. The breakfast served was continental - coffee, cereal, milk, juice, boiled eggs, cantelope, waffles, and syrup - nothing hot.

Beautiful house at the end of a street in a quiet, pretty residential neighborhood, 5-10 min. drive from downtown Los Alomos. My room was clean and roomy with a good bed and a large private bathroom. My friend's room was even larger and featured a balcony with a lovely view of the mountains. In our one night stay, we used... More

While the owners shared the breakfast they prepared with us, they left us alone for the three days and nights we spent in Los Alamos. The owners' discerning advice on restaurants was much appreciated. Both owners, husband and wife, were comfortable people to be around. They gave us just what we wanted from them--a cheerful and filing breakfast to start... More

I stayed at this B&B for an extended period of two weeks. This was a return visit since I had such a pleasant experience a few months earlier. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. They had a lot of very helpful information about local hiking trails, or anything else I could think of. Any request I had in the... More

I try to avoid chain hotels and chose this B & B because it sounded tranquil and away from the main streets. It was a great choice! The Inn is tucked up a hill at the end of a road and is very quiet. The room was very comfortable and the outside entrance right next to parking was very convenient.... More

We booked a room at very short notice for one night during the Memorial Day weekend and were very happy with the accommodation and the breakfast. The hosts were charming (he said that he was probably the only person in Los Alamos who had never worked at the National Lab!) - as longtime area residents, they were very knowledgeable and... More

We returned, once again, to Adobe Pines B&B seeking its comfortable ambience and friendly staff for the beginning of a tour of the Jemez Mountains ~ i.e., ancient indian sites at Bandelier Nat. Mon., high mountain scenery at Valle Caldera Nat. Preserve, and dramatic views at Jemez Falls St. Pk. We found, again, an Adobe-Modern building on a cliff overlooking... More

Always stay at Adobe Pines B&B when I travel to Los Alamos. I've stayed there at least a dozen times over the last 6 - 8 years. It is a beautiful adobe house located off the end of a cul-de-sac in a very up scale neighborhood, away from the hotels and fuss of the National Laboratory complex. The house is... More

We stayed in the inn while on a business trip. It's in a beautiful spot, with a great view of Los Alamos. The main house's windows have an amazing outlook on the valley. The owner is very friendly, quickly took care of everything. The b&b is very well kept, clean, fresh, felt very nicely homey on cold days. They serve... More

Thought I'd spend a couple of extra days in the area just to relax after attending a conference in Santa Fe. Booked a room with a jacuzzi tub that looked nice in the online pictures. I called the day that I would be checking in, to be sure that a slightly later check-in would be okay (I was going to... More
