By war the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. They are under new ownership and they have no idea how to run a hotel. The breakfast is horrendous and only open until 7:30! Poor service, horrible breakfast selection (3-4 pop tarts laid out & a few oatmeal packets) & small, uncomfortable beds. Went to eat breakfast at 9 am (sign in lobby said breakfast was 8-10 am), and the staff had put up a makeshift sign overnight stating that breakfast ended at 8 am, so the 'free breakfast' that they advertise should have... I was very impressed with the rooms quality, the room was very very nice. Front Desk was wonderful...I look forward to my next stay at the Baymont in Beaumont Tx!
