I reserved the Sleep Inn because of its proximity to the entrance at the Biltmore Estate. It is a newer brand of the Choice Hotel chain and has a rather modern look in the interior. The positives are that the shower and bath were newer and updated. There is not a tub. The shower and toilet are separate from the... More

Michael at the front desk makes this hotel. he is absolutely fantastic and seems to be there most of the time. Otherwise the only thing that can really be said is it is excellant value.

Room 205 , my wife couldn't sleep. Got up the next mornning. Found bugs in both beds. spots of blood on sheets in both beds. Then after the manager said they where in every hotel in the area and they just couldn't get rid of them he handed my wife a bill for 143 dollars when she told him the... More

We enjoyed this hotel very much. We were greeted by friendly staff, great sweet that that tasted like an Arnold Palmer, plus warm chocolate chip cookies. Our room was on the second floor and we could access it by elevator or stairs. It was clean and comfortable, but another chair for watching TV would have been appreciated. The view of... More

I stayed here to be close to the Biltmore and Downtown and was pleased with the proximity to one, Biltmore. The first night, a short cab ride into and back from Downtown worked out fine. Unfortunately Saturday night we had to wait almost an hour for a cab once the bars started closing. If you plan to party late at... More

For the price this motel charges I expected a lot more. The motel is about a half mile from the edge of Biltmore Village and a good distance to the estate itself (not within walking). If you are driving, stay further away and save big dollars. Due to the way the main highway comes down a hill into town, rooms... More

This is a perfectly OK motel with an excellent location if you're going to the Biltmore estate. The rooms are clean and it's a calm area so you can sleep with your window open if you don't like air-conditioner. Miss the breakfast - the area is cramped and it's not much to choose from.

This property was clean but cramped. The room was small enough to remind us of Japanese hotel rooms. The "breakfast area" was clearly a later add-on rather than a planned feature when the facility was built. It was okay, but not a great value for the price charged. If your focus is the Biltmore Estate, the location is excellent. If... More

Stayed one night. Great front desk staff, clean but very small basic room at a high cost. Nice pet walk area but some fail to use the provided disposal bags which make it treacherous for other responsible dog owners. Would stay again because of location and pets allowed but price is too high for the quality of hotel.

We stayed for two nights at this hotel. It’s pretty basic but you get a nice clean room, a large shower with good water pressure, free continental breakfast, free parking, courteous staff, plus you are literally around the corner from the Biltmore Estate.
