Michael at the front desk makes this hotel. he is absolutely fantastic and seems to be there most of the time. Otherwise the only thing that can really be said is it is excellant value.

This is a perfectly OK motel with an excellent location if you're going to the Biltmore estate. The rooms are clean and it's a calm area so you can sleep with your window open if you don't like air-conditioner. Miss the breakfast - the area is cramped and it's not much to choose from.

Stayed one night. Great front desk staff, clean but very small basic room at a high cost. Nice pet walk area but some fail to use the provided disposal bags which make it treacherous for other responsible dog owners. Would stay again because of location and pets allowed but price is too high for the quality of hotel.

We stayed for two nights at this hotel. It’s pretty basic but you get a nice clean room, a large shower with good water pressure, free continental breakfast, free parking, courteous staff, plus you are literally around the corner from the Biltmore Estate.
