First room I stayed in had stink bugs and bed bugs. Told the manager and they switched my room. The next night same thing different room. Obviously the place is infested. I like that smoking rooms are available. I also like the updated rooms ,they have a modern feel about them. Awesome management and staff. I really feel at home at the extended stay. The cleanliness of the bathrooms are important to me and I have always been pleased with that on my stays at the extended stay in Asheville.

I checked in Friday night to a cheerful guy. My room was located conveniently around the corner. To my suprise there was a kitchen and all the pots and pans I needed to make dinner that night. Terrible customer service, rooms smell stale, a/c poor and tv choices lame not even basic cable, no lobby area to sit in, no pool, no gym, pay a little more and stay elsewhere, hilton, Hampton inn much better for little more money

Everyone at the hotel that we met were very helpful and had great personalities. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely return in the hopefully near future.
