When we arrived our room was not clean, we waited for 30 minutes for it to be cleaned. Once in the room it was nice. Location is right next to I-40 and 15 minutes to downtown Asheville. Also Near the Biltmore Estate and right next to the Fun Depot (Go-karts, mini golf, arcade). Continental Breakfast as well.

The hotel is not large but is well appointed. Our room was small but clean. The breakfast was much better than some more expensive hotels we stayed at. The location is great. It is just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate which is nice.

The Brookstone Lodge is conveniently located just a couple of miles from the Biltmore entrance, Biltmore Village and lots of dining possibilities. Our room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally pleasant. We asked for extra blankets...and received those almost immediately. I would book it again! Can't beat the value...and we were there during Biltmore's FESTIVAL OF FLOWERS.

Overall its a great place to stay. Room was good sized with a lager then expected hot tub. Free breakfast. Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Clean sheets, towels and wash rags every day. The iron needed replaced. It leaked and didn't heat well. We did tell front desk and they made a note in their book to have it...

As long as you know what you're getting with this property, then you won't be disappointed. It is a newer value-based property with decent rooms right off the interstate. It is great as a quick over night stop, but if you expect more than that, I would choose somewhere else.

Good value for the price. Well decorated room with refrig. Free breakfast bar was good, but eggs were cold. Liked fresh fruit.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are good sized and clean. Breakfast nicer and has more warm items than other complimentary breakfasts usually offer. My only complaint was that we could hear the guests in the next room which was a little annoying. Location convenient to the Biltmore Estate.
