While the location is great, the lack of heat in the master bedroom and attached room with hide-a-bed couch was terrible. Neither of these rooms felt like they were getting any heat, yet the other bedroom and bath seemed nice and toasty. We complained to the on-site person and were told he would tell maintenance on Monday. Either don't go... More

Another couple and my husband and I decided to visit Asheville and the Biltmore Estate. As we hadn't seen each other in a long time, we wanted to stay where we could sit around and talk for hours on end. We decided upon Festiva Biltmore Village villas. It met all of our requirements and then some. We couldn't have picked... More

This place feels like home. Wonderfully situated in Biltmore Village. Immaculate rooms that are beautifully appointed. Dana met us and couldn't have been more helpful, friendly, or accommodating. I really can't wait to come again. If you want peace and quiet this place is for you. It might cost a little more but it is so worth it!

The place is lovely, huge, and a great deal for the amount of space and great location. We had five "mature" women in a two bedroom, two bath condo with full kitchen, dining and living room, laundry room. Great price. Only complaint, no chamber maid service, not enough towels and linens and no one at the front desk for many... More

My daughter and I stayed there for a long weekend and it was like our "country house".. great location and spacious. Close to everything, and the Biltmore Estate was across the street.

The rooms are amazing quality. Fully furnished with everything you would use at your own home and more. Fireplace, kitchen, washer dryer, etc. I had the luxury of seeing more than just one unit and each one was better than the next. This was one experience I will rememeber for years to come.

We returned from a trip to this resort and we're planning our return as soon as possible. The location is perfect with downtonw just minutes away and the best in shopping and restaurants right outside the front door. The apartments are spacious and decorated so nicely it makes for a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the town. The... More

We stayed at this beautiful property in February of this year. We stayed in the COTTAGE unit and it was wonderful. The rooms are large with plenty of closet space. The comfort level is everything you would expect from a 4 or 5 star property. If you are going to Asheville, especially if you want to be near the Biltmore,... More
