It is like having a brand new condo in Asheville. Less 1/2 mile from entrance to Biltmore estate. But the estate is a couple miles from the entrance so don't walk. The residences are really nice and good place to land when traveling over a number of days. there is a washer /dryer so less clothes are needed on your... More

We stayed in the two bedroom suite. It was SO CLEAN! Fresh and spanking new it seems. Lovely rock gas fireplace.....In the two bedroom suite, the bedrooms and bathrooms were fab! Master bedroom had a king bed (very comfortable), and the 2nd bedroom had a queen bed. The master bedroom bath had a large, glass shower and a jacuzzi tub.... More

The suite we stayed in was very nice, the kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. The pool is very nice and the location is very convenient. The quality of the mattress of the sofa bed in the living room is absolutely horrible. It is very thin and uncomfortable: unworthy for a hotel of this price level. Also, we constantly heard the... I personally love this place. All rooms come with full granite kitchen. It is great for when you are staying a couple of days. There are fireplaces in every room (great for winter ambiance). Large bathrooms with tubs and showers. It is true Asheville Arts and Crafts style. It is excellent for families, couples and getaways with friends. They offer... More

Hi, first visit to Asheville. The suite we are in is very nice and on the third floor out of four total. Although the accomidations are otherwise great, the noise level transmitted by the guests above us is bothersome. We can here every footstep, flush and what sounded like guitar playing last night. I dont think our neighbors are particulary... More

We chose this site because if its location (between downtown Asheville and Biltmore Village) and its acceptance of pets. This is a real find. The rate for a 1-bedroom unit is a bargain considering it has the amenities of a 1-bedroom condo and also has full maid service. We found the concierge service very helpful on many occasions. While there... More

This is a property built in the last few years in the Biltmore Village area. It is a couple of minutes from all the main attractions and about 10 to 15 minutes from Downtown Asheville. The property is well maintained and can be used for longer stays with a modern kitchen and modern bathrooms. Bathrooms are well equipped with good... More

This is a condo property, with a choice of studio, one- and two-bedroom units. Each has a full designer kitchen, and the one- and two-bedrooms have a washer and drier. There is a selection of cooking utensils, as well as coffee and tea. The nicely appointed units have balconies, flat screen tv's, and top quality linens (the latter suprising for... More

Loved our two night stay here. Modern facilities, large bathroom and shower, laundry facilities and spacious seating area. Did not even use the full kitchen facilities! Excellent location near Biltmore Village. Pleasant, efficient check-in at reception desk. Would highly recommend!
