This place is a joke! Owners are rude and its really just like a drug hotel! Don't take your kids there. It was so bad we did not even stay the night we left and found another place.

This place was a great place to stay when you are on a budget. Also, with the other hotels having rates in the 100s, this motel had a great low price. The rooms were nice and cozy. We were later told that the rude person was a friend of the manager who was filling in for Labor Day weekend... felt that the management could have been much more selective in chosing a fill-in person to represent the service provider, The room smelled like smoke even though it was advertised...

Whispering pines is beautiful, I had a great stay and the owners were really nice!
