We spent the day as tourists in Boston. Somewhere between check in and catching the trolley for a tour of Boston which arrives directly outside the hotel door, the Mr. lost his credit card. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and immediately notified security. After a fruitless search of the places we had been, we stopped at the concierge desk... More

I stayed at the Marriott Copley in April for a large convention. The reception--despite a long line--was efficient and very friendly. Even with a convention rate, I got a floor on a high floor, a king size bed and was able to check in early. The room indeed was beautiful: view over Boston harbor, and newly renovated. The carpet and... More

Stayed at this hotel for a conference and it was just great. There are two shopping centers attached to the property. The room was good and the bed was very comfortable. The staff are rock stars! They were all so friendly and incredibly helpful. Anything you asked for they would do their best to accommodate. The conference space was nice... More

There is a bank of elevators which run only from level 1 to level 27. There is constant humming noise that goes every time one of the elevators is running. This noise appears to come from the elevators serving floor 1 to 27, and goes beyond the rooms close to the elevators on the 29th floor. The hotel also charges... More

There was a cheetoh on the floor when we first arrived. It was never picked up the three nights we stayed. Guests were obnoxiously loud, inconsiderate and would slam doors all night long. Was loud argument in hallway at 1 am that went on over an hour and resulted in doors slamming and then someone threw something hard against the... More

Recently attended a business conference and stayed at this hotel. The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and the location is outstanding. The rooms were standard marriott rooms and the bathroom given the age of this hotel is very small. I will definately plan to stay at this hotel the next time i am in Boston.

Hotel, completely renovated, room by room, in 2011. Excellent service, fast elevators for a large Hotel, nice smartly designed rooms. Still have internet charges, even for Elite Members...when will they learn! Champions, tasty and fairly priced Breakfast buffet, nicely decorated and very comfortable. All good.

I stayed at the Marriott during a conference that was at the nearby convention center. The property is centrally located - offering direct access to a large mall as well as the convention center. It was a bit tempting to shop since you have to walk through the mall to get to the convention center. :) The beds are AMAZING!... More

Hi, I stayed at the Mariott Copley Place a couple of days back and patted myself on my back for choosing the hotel. A lot of plusses: wonderful location right next to the Prudential Central Mall and 2 minutes away from Backbay T station. Rooms were very good and extremely clean. They were spacious too and we have a nice... More

I was happy to see that they finally updated the rooms in this 1980 built hotel. Room was smallish but hash all the typical Marriott comforts including the 7.50 bottle of water in the room. Bed was standard comfy Marriott style, room was quite, bathroom a bit small. Great location attached to shopping and restaurants, close to the duck tours.
