The Hyatt in downtown Boston is within walking distance of nearly all the historical sites that might interest you in Boston. The hotel is well maintained (although there is some renovation going on at the moment), the rooms are very pleasant and spacious and the staff is gracious and eager to assist.

Agree about strangeness of the two-level lobby, but you get used to it. Great workout facility and nice pool area. Rooms are large and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rennovations mentioned are ongoing but not a problem. Excessive charges for internet access are just greedy.

My husband and I recently stayed here. We had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and responsive and went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is under some renovations, but we were not negatively impacted. Definitely recommend.
