After the foyer, you might be in a Hotel 6. Yes the staff is great as you would expect. No Problems there! Hotel itself seems beat up. Paying for top end food, I would expect better. Maybe not top end but at least respectable.

Stayed overnight whilst waiting to transfer to cruise ship. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel was easily accessible via air bridge or by ringing for a shuttle bus which came quickly. This hotel has excellent service, including a 24/7 shuttle bus. Our room had two features that are increasingly rare at hotels: adequate light for reading, and a thermostat that worked perfectly. I would gladly return to this Hilton property.
