We really enjoyed staying in the ground floor room with the king size bed. Although not a traditional B&B where you have breakfast in a dining room with the other guests, we found the place fit all of our needs. On a pretty street in the historic South End, convenient to Copley Square, this traditional brownstone offers two spacious rooms plus two auxiliary rooms for additional guests from the same party. Room 1 has a king bed, private entry, and is two steps below grade level with large, full windows. The bath is just outside the door in the hall. Room 2, located on the parlor level, is a newly-renovated guest room with a queen bed, private bath and kitchenette. The auxiliary rooms are also on the parlor level. One is a small room with a double bed. The other is a child’s room with a single sleep sofa and loft bed for a child the size of about 5-10 years old. They share the bath with Rooms 1 or 2, which have doors in their halls. Eclectically furnished, the rooms offer a convenient location for the budget-minded. Room 1 with a king bed offers continental breakfast. Room 2 has a kitchenette with stocked continental breakfast foods.
