Decided to spend Memorial Day Weekend in the beautiful city of Boston. Chose Ramada for its reasonable rates, proximity to the city, and outdoor pool. The staff members at the front desk were very pleasant and answered all of our questions. The room was nice and when we called for maintenance he was there in two minutes. There was nothing... More

I was a little concerned about booking at this hotel after reading the mixed reviews. Well, everything went fine for us. The front office was very nice and helpful. The hotel shuttle was efficient and on time at the airport and getting us to the cruise dock the next day. Our room was very clean with nice furnishings. The mattress... More

I stayed there just for 3 nights on my last to Boston. Our room was spacius and clean. Big bathroom. Comfy beds. Free WI-FI. Complementary breakfast. Hotel is located about 15 minutes walk from the metro station but the free shuttle bus leaves hotel every 30 minutes and it is very conviniet. Staff was very helpful and nice. Free shuttle... More

Was in boston one night, book online where the information sounded great . When I checked in there was no indoor pool which was one of the reason I choose that hotel. The hallways where awful and the room wasn't much better. The air conditioner was so old and loud, it keep me up most of the night. The only... More

We've stayed here before, but this time we arrived at midnight and feel that the fees described below should have been pointed out to us. When booking through Ramada's 800 number, I specifically asked if the price quoted was the total for our seven night stay, including all taxes and fees. When signing the paperwork upon arrival at the hotel,... More

This was our first visit to Boston and we stayed 4 nights in this hotel. Shuttle service was very convenient except for our last shuttle to the airport. We were the first to sign up but since the hotel overbooked the shuttle, we had to wait an extra 45 minutes, Since the hotel didn't check the list, they just took... More

Overall, I would rate this hotel "OK" it was a good price, but wasn't anything impressive. The hotel appears to be converted from an older style hotel with open walks around the outside. Currently, the halls are mostly enclosed in that they are well protected from wind and rain, but are at outdoor temperatures. Rooms are relatively nice inside. The... More

We stayed at this hotel for four nights while on a touring holiday. The room was large and comfortable and when we asked for a refrigerator it arrived in five minutes. All the staff were very friendly and polite particularly Blaine at reception who always greeted us with a smile. The hotel is a bit out of the way and... More
