The staff at the Ritz, especially on the club level, are very professional and always helpful. Every time we come, my family and I are always greeted by friendly staff members. I remember when the Ritz Carlton Boston used to be at 15 Arlington Street and was a bit wary of the new location. However, it works fine. The doorman was pleasant and efficient. The check in process was smooth and painless. The room was nice and had a view of the Boston Common.

Nice, clean, kid- friendly hotel. The rooms are big and roomy and the staff is so nice. I enjoyed the great location and the amenities. The only setback is the price.....but its worth it:) The lobby was very nice and the hotel was not to old like the others in Boston! If i return to boston i will be back!

I stayed at both the Ritz-Carlton and Intercontinental during a trip to Boston because neither hotel had government rate rooms for my entire stay. I liked the Ritz-Carlton much more than the Intercontinental. First, the Ritz-Carlton charged me only the government rate, no taxes. The Intercontinental charged an additional $29/night in taxes. If your budget allows I highly recomend this Hotel, we stayed a few nights as family and I service was excellent. It is in perfect location, the only draw back is no view in lower if you are in lower floors.
