We stayed here in March. We were on the fifth floor, and shared it with my sister. The stairs to get there were well worth the climb. It was wonderful to have the whole floor and kitchen area. We were very impressed with the fully stocked kitchen including the refrigerator and freezer! The location cannot be beat, and everything you... More

La Cappella is perfect! It is well located in a quiet part of the North End on Boston, deep in Italian territory. Lots of restaurants and related shops. Wonderful atmosphere. Close to transport links. Very clean and comfortable. The decor is calm and conservative. Plenty of storage space. Bed and breakfast is self-serve in the kitchen on each floor. Supplies... More

Fabulous location, rooms and treatment for the price.Staff is not around like a concierge would be, but they are never far from phones and return calls and inquiries immediately. The DIY breakfast was both a great idea and great execution, i thought. In addition, I was a little late in booking, so there was no 1 room available for both... More

Traveled with my daughter in March for spring break. Location was in the heart of the North End - walking distance to fantastic restaurants and bakeries and convenient to the T and all the great Boston historical sites. We had a room on the 2nd floor with a king bed. There was also a refrigaterator, microwave, tea and coffee maker... More

I have stayed at many B and B's, both select properties, and not. This is a wonderful choice for travelers who do not want a fancy breakfast or the more upscale options as select properties. For someone who has special dietary needs- perfect. Large shared kitchen with full size fridge, the location is great, and the innkeeper so friendly. Bed... More

We stayed on the 4th floor for 2 nights in March. The room was clean, bright and comfortable and the kitchen good for simple food preparation (no stove, just microwave). Easy walking distance to many attractions and fabulous restaurants. The location is superb.

Wonderful place, just like staying in someone's home, but still private. Love having the kitchen for breakfast as well as the full size fridge to store leftovers and produce from the Farmer's Market. Have stayed here twice and will definitely stay again!

A beautiful home in an excellent Boston neighborhood: The North End. Extremely clean and quiet. Lack of an elevator helps "walk off" the pasta and sauces from fabulous Italian restaurants located only a block or 2 away from La Cappella. Walking distance to anything and anywhere in Boston. The MTA is very easy to use and a couple of T-stations... More

On a business trip to Boston, I wanted a peaceful spot where I could wander a bit after work. But wanted to avoid the noise and bustle (or dreariness) of a hotel. La Cappella was perfect. The bedroom was large and well-appointed and overlooked the rooftops. Bathroom spotless. Self-service breakfast is lovely. Best of all, this former chapel is located... More
