The room was very clean and large. The bathroom was very clean and large. The lobby was comfortable and nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. Free breakfast and dinner was great. Hotel is in a very loud and busy area so you can hear the road noise but the hotel is very clean, and safe.

The hotel was clean with staff who could not do enough to help. We were in the hotel on the day the city was locked down following the terrible bombing and the staff kept us up to date and ensured we had what we needed while everything was shut down

Bad part of town, constant sirens from the hospital across the street...Methadone clinic across the street with people that hassle you after dark. Awesome staff and room but the location was an overall fail. The shuttle to the convention centre was NEVER on time. Were over charged by $10 per day from our original quote. Will NEVER stay here again.

A very pleasant stay after getting used to the sirens from the hospital next door. The best breakfasts I have ever had at a hotel. Clean. Fitness room could have a little bit more equipment. Pool was excellent. A hot pool after walking all day would be most beneficial

New hotel in a 'not so great' part of town. Desk help was hit and miss....talked with one really nice lady but the other two I interacted with throughout my stay were less than friendly. Daily manager's reception is a nice idea but stale taco shells and no drinks doesn't cut it. Room was comfortable.
