This was a very special 6th birthday trip for my son (and fun trip for my 3 years old daughter). I had planned this trip and set it up for my kids as a weekend of surprises! They were so excited and so was I. The hotel and room was pretty amazing, loved the space. Where the trip fell short... More

I have stayed at the Four Seasons Boston on 3 occassions in the last 5 years. This is a consistently good hotel. Service is top notch, rooms are "luxurious" and the location is unbeatable. Pros: - Great service. Fast check-in and check-out, requests addressed promptly, room service delivered promptly and generally thoughtful service. For example, on this trip (and my... More

We spent one night at the hotel on our way back from a buisness trip in Providence. The hotel is magnificent and the room was luxurious. We were exhausted and we were able to get some rest. It was eastern week end and there was a lot of children in the hotel and they seemed to have a lot of... More

We were staying in Boston during the dramatic week of the Marathon bombing. The Four Seasons manager left his vacation to come back to the hotel and take charge. Communication and support was of a very high standard during the lockdown period, and many staff had obviously stayed on to cover shifts when their fellow workers were not allowed to... More

I came in to visit my daughters at University on the east coast and we headed up to Boston for the night. Boston is a beautiful city and I wish I had gotten to know it better growing up. We always headed into NYC and I lived in Phillie for years and have just recently discovered this pearl in New... More

Four Seasons lived up to their reputation. The staff was helpful from the moment I got there and was very accomodating with some requests I made. The only regreat I have is that I didn't have more time to enjoy the hotel and city for a couple more days.

If you want to feel like a rock star, stay at the Four Seasons Boston! This hotel is the crown jewel of Boston. They treated me and my family like VIPs during a recent stay. Their 5 star service started from the moment we walked through their doors. We checked in late with two jet lagged children. The front desk... More

They used the information which they had on file from our event in 2011 to help fine tune our party this year. Their attention to detail is outstanding and even those... More
