Stayed two nights at this lovely property in the newer, updated North Tower in a junior suite. Clean and spacious room with small living area and a sliding door to the bedroom, stocked with Sheraton amenities, and a breathtaking view of Boston and the Charles River (& Fenway to the very left!). The Club lounge (for floors 26-29 i believe)... More

Stayed at the Sheraton for 7 nights. Had a great room in the South Tower 23rd floor on the corner of the floor so I had 2 windows; one looking north to the Charles River and one east to the Downtown. The staff were friendly, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and elevators efficient. The bldg connection to the Prudential... More

I stayed here for a few days while in Boston on Business. The hotel location is very good, Newbury street is just around the corner with an array of restaurants, shops and bar. However I found the room and ensuite very small and jaded. It was fine but I would not be rushing back...

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights this week. Check in went well. The hotel has 2 towers for rooms and the elevators require you to use your room card to call the elevator. The hotel is connected to the convention center and enclosed walkways throughout downtown. It rained Monday and Tues, so having the hotel connected in this manner... More

It has been almost 2 years since I stayed at the Sheraton Boston. I came on here to reiterate a past review - it is the best hotel stay I have ever had, with the exception of my honeymoon - which only eeked past this hotel. We stayed for a long weekend, had a beautiful room with a great view... More

Nice hotel, you can't beat the location. So close to transport and Newbury Street etc for shopping. Also the trolley bus picks you up right at the front door. Bit disappointed that there wasnt a safe in the room or a bar fridge. The room is nice and spacious but our view was over the top of another building so... More

Our standard king had a bathroom smaller than you can imagine! We thought bathrooms on cruise ships were small but this one beats those by far. I had read the reviews and thought they were exaggerated, they are not! There was no bedside table or reading light on my side of the bed, there wasn't room. Don't bother with the... More

Dear Lynnpatricia, Thank you for your recent review of the hotel. I do apologize if you felt the size of the rooms was to small. The hotel was recently renovated and we did our best to incorporate elements to ensure we removed items off the floor and added them through shelving and other components to the walls. The hotel opened... More

We're a family of four and our two boys prefer sleeping in their own bed whenever possible. The hotel was great to accomodate our request, and put us in a handicap room because the normal rooms would be too small to fit 2 rollaway beds. It worked out fine for space, and handicap rooms are corner suites so the views... More

My wife and I were given an upgrade to an executive suite, but it was very disappointing. The bathroom was very very small, possibly the smallest i have ever seen in a hotel other than in Japan. A lot of space was wasted in having a lobby/vestibule that had a small wardrobe and suitcase stand. The bedroom had a very... More

Dear Pjacko, I’m disappointed to see that our guestroom did not meet your expectations. I appreciate the feedback on the Executive Suite. We are always looking to make improvements on the guestrooms and your feedback highlights a need for some change in the Suite. I will review with the Facilities team. Our bell service staff constantly garners great feedback so... More
