The hotel is the closest to the Fenway Park and the staff is very friendly, will stay again next time we go to a Red Sox Game. This was our fourth stay and always a pleasant stay.

“Great location, VERY run down”

I stayed here for 2 nights while I was in Boston for a show at the House of Blues and a baseball game. Both venues are within a 5 minute walk of the hotel so it was very convenient for us. The hotel itself is extremely rundown! I don't think it has been updated since the day it was built.... More

Convenience and friendly service are the only things going for this establishement! The pale was filthy! OUr room had 3 major patched repairs to the ceiling, the bathroom door was rotten on the bottom, could not control the heat, the hot water regulator couldn't keep up wiht the demand from the neighboring room,and the stairways were very tired.
