Absolute horrible hotel with inexperienced staff and very very very rude manager (Portia Khan) who does not take ownership of her staffs mistakes. NICE, clean - pretty! VERY nice employees too. Check in quick and easy, very accommodating. Nice, clean room. Lots of towels, washrags - even provided larger, colored towels for the pool! Only thing (but no huge deal) - sheets very STIFF, like sleeping in an envelope but overall - very nice experience!!
