If you stay at the Thunderbird, expect a clean, quiet room and a cafeteria eating experience. We had 2 queen beds. The cafeteria serves, well, cafeteria food. We enjoyed our stay at the Thunderbird Lodge except for the water pipe noise and the loud heating/air older style system. Nice restaurant & gift shop. The rooms were comfy and very clean. We do like the history of the Lodge and it's convenient location to access the Canyon.
