The Howard Johnson Capitol Reef Hotel was adequate for one night's lodging but not much else. The breakfast was really poor with half the equipment not working and the lack of breakfast selections. The people who run HoJo Capitol Reef made our stay. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. The views and location just added to a great visit.

I was so surprised to see how run down these rooms are. Light bulbs hardly lit up the room, only supplied 2 towels, no toilet paper, wifi didn't work and knob for heat/air was broken off and breakfast was awful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean so it was tolerable. I would never stay there again.

This was on of the best places we stayed during our road trip trough the USA! Thanks to Terry we had also a great affordable diner in Torrey! He is a good host! The rooms were very clean and we had a good Internet connection as well. We sure recommend this place!
