Very friendly and helpful hosts ( and very friendly dog!), beautiful property with scenic views, very comfortable and spacious rooms very convenient to visit both Capitol Reef proper and the back-country. The perfect base to visit the area.

My girlfriend Jeanine and I have been very pleased to stay at this great bed and breakfast: the warm welcome of Erika and her husband, the delicious breakfast (including eggs Benedict we will never forget !!), the spacious, superbly clean and nicely decorated rooms and the smart location all added to a journey we enjoyed very much.

We agree with all the previous five-star reviews: Erika and Eldon are not only very nice people, they do whatever they can to make your stay memorable. My wife and I stayed inside the main house and thereby had breakfast with the charming owners Erika and Eldon were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us--very, very friendly. Accommodations were just great as we stayed downstairs in one of the three rooms in the main house. We would defenately go back!!!
