I stayed at the W on Lex for 4 nights, and it was everything I could have asked for- and more. My room on the 12th floor was just enough space for me (traveled solo) and everything from the decor to cleanliness to room & shower temperature was perfection. Stay way average but enjoyable. Most staff members were friendly. Some were not. Not the best value for what you get, but not terrible. Great location in the city. Acura experience was a great addition.

There is nothing "Wonderful" about this W hotel. Despite all the hyperbole, the rooms are tiny despite "upgrades," the service is mediocre, and the space generally uninviting despite obvious attempts to make it "hip."
