Excellent hotel close to all the action in downtown Manhattan. Rooms are very nice and well appointed. Housekeeping (Nalini) does an excellent job cleaning and maintaining the room. She even washes my dishes without even asking. I feel spoiled with this kind of service. Will definitely stay again.

Comfortable, quiet hotel located in the heart of Manhattan. Clean, comfortable, wonderfully attentive staff, many unexpected and delightful amenities! Couldn't believe how quiet the rooms are compared to the outside world. Suites are available and staff is eager to please.
