Staff is the friendliest in NY and location is very convenient! Rooms are relatively small but this is not uncommon in NYC. Had a room on the higher floors (17th) which was very comfortable although missing a few usual Hilton amenities (slippers, shoe horn, clothes brush) but a very enjoyable and recommendable stay!
