I've stayed at many hotels on Times Square. Mostly the Marriott Marquis. For the money, the Intercontinental beats the Marquis hands down. It is about 1.5 blocks off Times Square, but that's actually a good thing I think. Room was updated, clean and the beds were super comfortable. Staff was friends and efficient. I'm definitely making this hotel my hotel... More

First time I stayed at this hotel location, I have stayed at the Barclay and the now closed Intercon Central park so I was really keen to try this one. I arrived early for check in at 12 expecting to drop my bags for a few hours and I was checked in with my room key within 2 minutes. I... More

We booked a sky view room for a weekend trip to NYC. I would say the room was average size for NYC, and the view from the 35th floor was great. Decoration and cleanliness were top notch. The only criticism I can think of is that there is no mirror in the room itself, only in the bathroom. I didn't... More

Booked a weekend in NYC with my wife and decided to stay in a deluxe king room. Arrived to a very pleasant check-in and given a corner room on the 22nd floor with an excellent view. The concierge at the hotel was very helpful, as were all the staff. This hotel is located very centrally to all the attractions of... More

Fiirst and foremost - the hotel is not actually in Times Square, so not sure i'd be willing to pay the money again. I specified when I was booking that I'll be staying for my husband's birthday... Upon arrival I was told that we'd have a room on the 18th floor (out of 30-smth) with a so-so view (i booked... More

We stayed here for NYE and had amazing time. Great staff and smart hotel. Located just a block off times square so perfect for celebrations and easy access to subways to get around. Oh and we also got engaged on NYE and the hotel were great making sure all the surprises my boyfriend had sorted for me ran like a... More

Booked with hotwire over a month ago. When booked I emailed hotel about upgrade. Did the upgrade and requested for a nice view and high floor. Received neither. We are on the lowest floor and facing the back of the hotel.

The hotel is in a superb location. The bright lights of Times Square one and half blocks eastward; a range of great eateries half a block westwards. The front of house staff were professional and very friendly. I spoke briefly to one of the bellmen on our arrival, then saw him again on our third day and he remembered my... More

Had a very pleasant stay in this hotel in February. The location is great (less than 5 minutes to times square, less then 5 minutes to most theaters), the rooms are absolutely beautifully decorated and spacious. The best part though was the staff, attentive, friendly and always available.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels (I haven't reviewed all of them on here) but I think I have to say that the IC in Times Square is just one of the best hotels I have stayed at. My room (3205) looked towards Times Square and apart from normal NYC sirens the room was quiet and had a superb... More
