Quite possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff can't do enough for you and the rooms are immaculate. Its only about a block away from times square, so location is great as well.

We stayed there for 4 nights and everything was perfect. The room was clean, all the staff was friendly and helpful. This was the first time we traveled to NY so we picked this hotel because if its convenience location. It was only few block away from everything. We would stay there again when we come back to NY.
