“Lovely historic hotel with modern amenities”

The hotel is lovely and, while historic, provides all the modern amenities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and service oriented. The location is perfect to get around anywhere in the city. We love The Benjamin!

“Great service, great location, great value”

Rooms were great but the service was exceptional. Doormen were fabulous each time we came and went, giving directions, hailing taxis, etc. Front desk gave superior service with every request. Linens were nice, bathroom good size, nice closets and very clean. Location is excellent and I thought it was well priced for its location and service.

“Comfortable and Convenient”

Stayed one night here and was very pleased with the friendly staff and comfortable room. Wonderful night's sleep and the location is great. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and equipped with good amenities. Internet will cost you $15 a day for unlimited bandwidth, but it is quite fast.

It was an exceptional place to stay. Very clean and bed was outstanding! We requested a turn down service and special pillows but it never came...had to call for it. Other than that it was great! Great location!!

“Wonderful Stay”

The overall service and reception was superb. The front receptionist and managers were very accomodating and ensured that my team's and my personal needs were met. The beds were very comforable and affored me pleasant rests. I will ensure to make the Benjamin a primary option for personnal visits.

“The Beat of the City!”

Travel to New York a couple of times a year and always stay in a suite at The Benjamin. The rooms are very large and have a small kitchen area with frig, microwave and sink. The staff has always been extremely accommodating and very gracious! The location of the hotel is also a plus.
