I was married in Manhattan and had our wedding block here. We also stayed two nights ourselves. The rooms are in excellent shape, but most importantly, they offered tremendous, personalized service at every step. Everything was easy and convivial for us and our guests -- rather unexpected for a corporate-chain hotel. I can't recommend this place enough.

I love the fact that the hotel is centrally located, walking distance to a lot of attractions. I have stayed in many W hotels and I have always been satisfied with their service. The only comment I would make on W Union Square is that the bathroom can be more contemporary as befit a W hotel and its design.

The W Union Square is what you would expect from a nice NYC hotel. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the staff is courteous. It is quiet and calm, and there are many great restaurants nearby. It is right next to Union Square, and within easy reach of most of Manhattan.I really like staying here.
