Really nice hotel, much better than the Lexington Avenue Hotel. Rooms are well equipped and large, only snag is the fact that it's $15 a day for wifi that's extremely slow! If you have your own Internet access then this hotel is faultless

We reserved through American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts. It was amazing! $100 credit for dinner...free in room Internet....and free in room breakfast all without asking! Dinner was great at Blue Fin. Staff was awesome and view of Time Square from corner room was unbeatable. Can't wait to go back.

We stayed at the W on Times Square for a family holiday in March 2013. Hotel was great location and our kids (well, 18 and 20 years old) could come and go as they wanted to. Room was comfortable and clean.
