I only visit new York for its Broadway shows mostly hence location is important. Westin is right in the centre, within walking distance to most of the famous shows, even on the same street for Spiderman. Upon check in, I didnot get the warm welcome that I expected but I do enjoy the room, the food and the location.

Recently we had a company event at the hotel. The venue was beautiful and the rooms were comfortable and sleek. The overall experience was fantastic all the way down to the staff. We would certainly entertain having another event at this hotel if planning an event in NYC.

We love the location of this hotel, at Times Square. While there's nothing particularly notable about it, the Westin is clean, has a very professional front desk staff, and you know what you're going to get. The fitness room was well-kept, the beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were quiet.
