Truly a great hotel with great qualities. It was a incredible stay with great service and be sure to get an upper floor if possible for terrific views.

An enjoyable 5 nights at the Westin in April. The hotel was very comfortable and our room was superb. It was clean and roomy and the shower in the bathroom was very powerful. The staff were helpful and very friendly any problems were dealt with promptly.

Best thing was the shower heads. Worst was the pocket door to get into the bathroom. New hotel for NYC. Bath towels could be bigger. Overall a good place to stay.

The location is the best feature of this hotel. Short walk to Times Square and Broadway, longer but definitely walkable distance to Rockefellar Center and shopping along 5th Ave. Close proximity to loads of restaurants, entertainment and shopping.
