The hotel and staff were great! The staff was especially helpful in holding our bags after checkout, as we wanted to tour the city, but didn't want to lug our bags around until our train departure that evening. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Reservation staff got the reservation date wrong!! refuse to give me their name and did not cancel my reservation as i requested 24th before arrival. The absolute WORST experience EVER. I have had to contact the Hilton Guest Assistance to resolve the issue and reserve the charges of the room that i never used.

The Hampton Inn is conveniently situated to Penn Station. The rooms are modern and spotless with fresh linen every day. The staff very helpfull and professional. The complemetary breakfast super. Overall good value for money. Highly recomendable.

First the Negative - Rooms are quite small, don't plan for more than two person in any case (including Kids) in a single room. But I guess that's normal in Manhattan !
