Stayed three nights: yes, the rooms are a bit small but the location can't be beat, the employees are waaaaay customer-oriented, and everything was clean and efficient. Would definitely stay there again (if we had any Marriott points left).

Everything about this hotel is great except for the size of the bed. We had a room with two double beds that fet more like twins. Definitely get a king room if you stay here. The location is perfect and much better than the W Hotel Times Square. But I wouldn't recommend the sushi bar there.it isn't that great.

Very small rooms. Had to change first room because of heavy smoke odor. Had to be there because of work in our apartment, felt like we were being punished.
