This is an excellently placed hotel. Clean, has all the basics and very friendly staff. The staff should be commended for maintaining a friendly and helpful disposition. Room was fine other than a carpet stain. window view was unfortunately typical of new york - another building. Lots of typical new york street noise.

We had a great time at this hotel. The location was perfect. We used the subway the whole time we were there and there is a station right outside the hotel. The hotel is clean and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I went back to New York.

This hotel is ok..just ok. The location is the best thing about it, close to subways and many good restaurants in lower Manhattan. This Hilton Garden Inn is located in Tribeca with great accessability to Chinatown, SoHo, Tribeca, and downtown. Several subway lines are within a couple of blocks and cabs were available. Great rates in a prime location. In the heart of Tribeca, SoHo, and Chinatown. Subway out front door takes you to most attractions. Helpful staff, nice rooms and service. Overall, very satisfied! Would definitely recommend it to others.

Pros: Good location within walking distance from major attraction points. Safe area and family/kids friendly. Restaurant food is OK for a quick bite however I would recommend exploring the restaurants on the surrounding areas (Little Italy, Chinatown, Tribeca etc.) Cons: A bit pricey for my budget
