We stayed here in September 2010 I believe. We enjoyed being right off of Times Square. Yes it is full of hubbub and it was spectacular. Fantastic location so close to everything, tubes, times sq, Battery Park, shops... Apartments are moden and spacious for New York, best value we could find for the money. Pricey but not as pricey as some. Definetely would stay there again as just a really great package all round.
