Great location, comfortable room, small bathroom, terrible concierge (wasted hours while very incompetent staff who couldn't speak English admitted to not knowing how to book anything), free wifi, great restaurants down stairs, helpful staff on reception, very small lifts. Overall good experience

This hotel is a perfect location for your NYC trip. The staff is very friendly and the location is a perfect starting point to explore this city. The hotel is very clean and the overall service is very good. We have really enjoyed to stay here. Regards Dirk

good hotel, very clean but breakfest too expensive and not so good. you can ask to change the room if you're on the second floor (noise). i think this hotel should be less expensive when you know how it actually is.

Very Nice employees, Nice room (executive suite) and a perfect location ! The only négative point is the noise of the air conditionning but that's all ! I recommand it to everyone! Very Nice trip !!!!

Stayed at this hotel for 4 days whilst on a city break in New York. Fantastic location, friendly staff, a stones throw from Times Square and all the sights.
