Stayed here with my husband for 4 nights and were really happy with our choice!
Rooms are kind of small, but of course this is New York, so don't expect anything else! Our room was very clean and had a comfortable bed, which is really important. Also we had absolutely no problems with street noise.

Just wanted to add my sentiments of how great the customer service is at this hotel. Antonio, the manager, was very accommodating of my parent's travel needs and they were quite comfortable in their room. We have quite a few guests come to NYC and this has become our go-to hotel recommendation for them.
