Everyone from the doorman, to the front desk agents, to the concierge, and even the not very oft mentioned housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgable about the area. Recently stayed here during my daughters graduation. Had a wonderful experience. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the continental breakfast was superb, and the blue ribbon sushi is not a bad way to end the evening. Our king suite was chic and modern, the sheets were very lux and only the best kiehls bath product. Way to go Thompson hotels!!!!
